1 lbs hamburger
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
Sauce:
2 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS flour
1 TBS mustard
2 TBS worchestershire sauce
2 TBS vinegar
1 c ketchup
1 c hot water
Brown meat with vegetables. Mix sauce ingredients and add to meat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns with cheese.
