1 cup Milk
2 Tbls. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cube Butter
Cut up butter in pieces and place in 9x13 pan. Melt in 350* oven. Put milk, sugar and salt in blender. Mix well and add eggs and flour. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan with melted butter and cook 15 minutes at 400*. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favortie jam or syrup.

Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 chopped nuts (optional)
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
Beat eggs until fluffy, beat in sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until lemon colored and thick. Stir in zucchini and flour sifted with other ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into 4 small or 2 large loaf pans, greased and floured. (I've made them into muffins also)
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, let loaves cool in pan 10 minutes then on racks.

1 1/2 TBS yeast
1 TBS sugar
Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar.
Add:
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 TBS oil
4 1/2 - 5 cups flour
Mix in mixer 5 minutes. Put in greased bowl covered - let rise 20 minutes. Form 12-16 balls - rise 10-15 minutes. Heat oven to 500*. Roll out dough into 5-6" rounds. Put on greased cookie sheets, bake for 7-8 minutes, till brown. They should puff up. Cool on rack covered with damp tea towel.
Fill with egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, taco stuff, or peanut butter and banana mixture.

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup wheat germ

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup m&ms
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes.
